Sneaky Steve S/S 2009

Sneaky Steve was launched in 2007 and is "a mix of 80's street and punk culture with a touch of preppy English mod."
Sneaky Steve is a self-proclaimed bridge label between "expensive designer brands and shitty but cheap home brands." Scandinavia's most enticing export is a personal fav and should be creeping up your list as well. The Dicky Day (right) and Money in the Bank models are outstanding and the variation between smooth neutral colors and punch- you- in- the- face hues, like this electric blue, are perfect for Spring.

Obama Tattoo?

Shephard Fairey has been exposed to the world and his Obama image has become legendary. Beginning in 1989 with his stylized Andre the Giant stencil, Fairey set sail on his street campaign and has never looked back. Fairey is now King of the street art world and his art can be seen on everything from buildings to bodies. This guy lends his support to both Fairey and Obama which proves, "Yes, we can!"

Brixton's Drifter

Brixton Ltd. was established in 2004 and has continually brought new looks and stylized renditions of old favorites. For Spring 2009 Brixton has impressed once again with the Drifter. Made of straw and rocking out in both the tan and black color ways, the hat has a gold silk lining with a black band showcasing the Brixton logo. Brixton has also dropped new color ways on a few other projects. Check BrixtonLtd.com for their Spring 2009 collection releases.

Clae Cousteau, Spring 09, Canvas

Clae is simply one of the smoothest footwear labels around. The Cousteau is their take on the classic boat shoe meshed with modern velcro straps and a clean two-tone aesthetic. Last season we saw the Cousteau in an array of great colors including the Carribean, Berry, and Teak. For Spring 09 Clae will be unleashing the Cousteau in canvas. Easy to rock and with all the versatility you could ask for. Watch for the drop in February.
